Returns & Replacements

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will guide you through the replacement process. And provide the replacement or missing accesories depending on the case.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. No unofficial repairs will be accepted.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage depends on the product and brand. Warranty duration varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product description for specific warranty details.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

Processing Time

Warranty claims and replacements may take several working days depending on product availability and manufacturer policies. Typical processing time is 7–14 days, but it may vary depending on the product and brand.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if replacement or warranty service is not possible due to product unavailability or other valid reasons. We do not offer Refunds for change of mind once the order has been shipped.

Incase of refunds for orders purchased through Cash on Delivery method, the original 4% WHT & Sales Tax amount will be deducted from the total payment. As it goes to FBR directly and is non refundable.

How to Start a Warranty Claim/Replacement

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and proof of the issue.
  2. Wait for claim approval from our team.
  3. Once approved, Ship the product using a trackable courier with all accessories and secure packaging on our provided address.
  4. After inspection, we will provide a replacement, repair, or resolution as applicable.
