the product was original, as shown, and works great, it took me a while to get the hang of it (official manual is a little misleading)
but after the initial hurdle it works great,
note: if controller does not get listen in the bluetooth, select your preferred mode (i.e for pc bluetooth hold home+B)
and after that is done, set the controller to pairing mode by holding home + circle (button below home button)
then it will show in the list, regardless receiver works without any hurdle,
also for pc bluetooth mode it works in dualshock 4 mode so you will need a program like ds4windows,

Received my keyboard, even though there was a minor issue, they handled the situation really well and gave the best service possible, keyboard in itself is 10/10 for me, as like poppy sounding keyboards. While It can be subjective, what it aim's to achieve, it achieves it really well
